Mysore classes are the most pure way to practice Ashtanga Yoga. In a Mysore-style setting the students receive more individual attention as they flow through their personal practice and the teacher moves around the room and assists them wherever they need it. There is a wonderful calm in the room as the only sound heard is that of the students rhythmic breathing. It is necessary for the students to already have a personal practice in order to attend this week since the classes are not "led".
