WOW !!!
This event is going to be a blast! I am very honored and excited to be teaching with my long time friends Nancy Gilgoff, Richard Freeman, Tim Miller and Eddie Stern. I have deep respect and Love for each one of these extraordinary individuals. We have unique perspectives of Ashtanga Yoga based upon our individual relationship to the practice and to our teacher, K. Pattabhi Jois, Guruji. During these 4 days we will explore the many facets of this mystical practice of Ashtanga and pay tribute to our common teacher. There will be differences and similarities between how we present the system we all so love. This will be the beauty of the event. It is a flowing together, a confluence, of journey's joining at this place and space in time to share what we have learned along the way. I hope you can join us for a fantastic 4 Days!
