Monday, June 20
Ashtanga Greatest Hits Part I: David will lead a guided tour of select asanas from the Primary, Intermediate and even from the Advanced Series. By breaking down the most challenging asanas into their basic components, they become more accessible and less frightening. Fun Fun Fun!

Wednesday, June 22
Breath, Bandha & Pranayama: This class will focus on the mantra of Ujjayi within asana practice as well as during pranayama. In addition to breath work the class will also explore the invisible world of Bandhas. Participants will gain a greater understanding of these subtle yet powerful tools through interactive discussion and practical exercises.

Monday, June 27
Ashtanga Greatest Hits Part II: David will continue on where Part I left off. There is so much to explore and David has a unique knack to make the most intricate of postures seem less intimidating and more fun!

Wednesday, June 29
Through the Eyes of the Teacher: This class will offer a view of the practice from a teacher’s perspective. An eye for alignment and energy flow in the asanas will be refined through hands-on adjustment techniques. This is a fun class open to all levels and you need not be a teacher to attend. There is much to learn about our own practice through assisting and observing others.
