FAQ's

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: This depends on the shipping option you have chosen. Generally, orders placed prior to 11am CST are processed and mailed that day. Please note that if you have chosen an overnight delivery option and placed the order after 11am CST, your package is not guaranteed to be shipped the same day.  Our facility ships Monday through Friday, excluding Federally recognized holidays.  (For example,  an order placed on a Friday after 11am CST and requested to be shipped overnight, will not arrive until the following Tuesday.)

Q: What are the chances of AYP being out of stock of an item I want to purchase?
A: It is very, very rare that we are out of stock of any of our items. And if for any reason we are out of stock of an item, we will contact you and let you know when we expect to have more in stock or if we have discontinued an item.  We will gladly provide you with a full reimbursement if the item is no longer available.

Q: How are the items shipped?
A:
All shipments are sent by US Postal Service or UPS. When checking out, you will have several options of shipping for each of the carriers. Please refer to the section contact us if you have any questions about the shipping method you are thinking about opting for.

Q: Is it safe to give my credit card information on-line?

A: Yes! We have a secure server so your information is completely safe.

Q: How will I know that my order was received?
A: After you finalize your order and complete the check out process you will receive a confirmation by email detailing your order. You may also call or email us if you have any questions.

Q: Where do I enter my coupon code?
A:
You will find the field to enter the code when you have completed shopping, after you have selected your prefered shipping method, and prior to entering your credit card information. There you will find a place to enter the code for your discount.

Q: I can't find my country of residence on the list of places you ship to?
A: We have distributors located in many parts of the world.  If you go to the contact us section of our site, you will find a list of all them with links to their sites.  You can place your order through them and save quite a bit of money on shipping!

SHIPPING INFORMATION
After you enter your shipping information into our site (prior to entering your credit card information), our shopping cart will communicate with both USPS and UPS.
