Retreats

Retreats are residential courses generally lasting at least one week. Participants focus on deepening personal practice while enjoying the beauty of nature.

Teacher Trainings

These are full 40 hour courses covering the teaching techniques of Ashtanga Yoga. One need not be a teacher to attend. Many participants attend simply to deepen their personal practice.

Workshops

Workshops are generally a 3-5 day event focusing on the development of personal practice through exploration of the basic principles which comprise Ashtanga Yoga.
