A Summer of Yoga and Transformation

As June unfolded, I found myself in the vibrant city of London, where I spent most of the month immersed in the unique energy of the UK summer. The bustling streets and historic architecture provided a perfect backdrop for self-discovery and growth. In this Summer Edition, I encouraged everyone to harness the abundant energy that the season brought and channel it toward the things that truly matter.

Throughout these sun-soaked weeks, our yoga mats became a sanctuary, inviting us to explore new poses, cultivate inner peace, and bask in the transformative power of yoga practice. June was a time to reconnect with our inner selves and embrace the harmony that yoga brings to our lives.

Embracing the Sun: Yoga in London

The vibrant cityscape of London offered endless opportunities for yoga enthusiasts to practice both indoors and outdoors. Whether it was on the banks of the River Thames, in the lush Hyde Park, or within the serene walls of a studio, yoga practice took on a new dimension. The longer days and warmer weather inspired us to try new poses, explore dynamic flows, and deepen our connection with ourselves and the environment around us.

When Was the Last Time You Had Fun for the Soul?

Reflecting on this question, many of us realized that true joy often comes from simple pleasures and meaningful activities. June was a month of rediscovery, where we embraced the art of having fun for the soul. Whether it was through yoga, meditation, or spending quality time with loved ones, the goal was to nourish the soul and find happiness in the present moment.

Ashtanga Yoga Inside & Out: Intermediate Series

During my time in London, I also launched the Ashtanga Yoga Inside & Out: Intermediate Series workshop. This workshop simplified the Intermediate Series, focusing on alignment, muscle engagement, and seamless pose transitions. With modifications and accessible alternatives, the workshop made the series approachable for practitioners of all levels.

The response to this workshop was overwhelming, with many yogis eager to deepen their practice and explore the Intermediate Series in a supportive environment. The workshop was available on pre-sale, offering a $100 discount for registrations made before June 15th. It was a fantastic opportunity for those looking to elevate their practice and gain a deeper understanding of Ashtanga Yoga.

As June came to a close, it left us with a sense of renewal and a deeper appreciation for the transformative power of yoga. The experiences in London, coupled with the enriching Ashtanga Yoga workshop, made this month a truly memorable one. As we move forward, let us carry the lessons learned and continue to embrace the journey of self-discovery and growth.
