Fall Has Arrived!
Share
It has been a full and vibrant season for Shelley and me! After wrapping up our Mysore On Maui event, we’ve both stayed wonderfully busy. The energy and connection we shared there continue to inspire us as we move forward into new chapters of teaching yoga.
At the moment, I’m in Europe, where I’ve been teaching yoga in both Frankfurt and Bratislava. It’s always a joy to meet students from around the world and witness how the practice of Ashtanga unites people through movement, breath, and mindfulness. Every class reminds me how yoga truly transcends language and culture, it’s a universal conversation of awareness.
Upcoming Trainings and Yoga Works
In November, I’ll be flying back across the pond to present a brand-new 50-Hour Next Level Intermediate Teacher Training. This program is designed for yoga teachers and dedicated students who want to go beyond the basics and explore the deeper techniques that bring Ashtanga to life.
You can find more information about these events and other yoga works here. Whether it’s yoga workshops, trainings, or special intensives, each one offers a space to grow, connect, and share the transformative power of yoga practice.
A New Book Coming Soon
Another exciting project in the works is my upcoming book! It’s inching closer to release, and soon there will be a dedicated website where you can learn more, read excerpts, and even pre-order your copy at a special introductory price.

So many inspiring yoga works are unfolding as we move into the fall season, new yoga trainings, workshops, and learning opportunities. Here’s to cooler Texas days ahead and to staying connected through the endless joy of teaching yoga and lifelong practice.
