May there be peace

The Ashtanga Yoga Confluence in San Diego was fantastic. Our organizer, Jenny, worked exceedingly hard to put it together, and we all appreciate her endeavors to facilitate such a rich and exhilarating event.

I flew from San Diego to China for a Weekend Workshop and Yoga Teacher Training. It is great to be here. I have always enjoyed my time in Asia since I lived in Hong Kong in the mid-80s. 

From here, I will return to the US for some fun-filled yoga teaching in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts. If you’re in the area, you can join for the day or attend the whole yoga event - your choice.

If you are looking for something to do in August, come to Mysore on Maui.
