October Is Flying By!
Share
October carried me from Frankfurt to Bratislava in the happy afterglow of Mysore On Maui. The rooms were full, the questions sharp, and the energy high, proof that consistent yoga exercises and clear, compassionate teaching yoga still bring people together across languages and time zones. I’m grateful for every smile, high-five, and post-class conversation that kept the momentum rolling.
London Weekend Workshop & 50-Hour Next Level Training
In early November, I’ll hop back across the pond for a London Weekend Workshop and my first-ever 50-Hour Next Level Teacher Training. This new format is built for teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to deepen both yoga exercises and the art of teaching yoga. We’ll cover:
- Sanskrit counting for the Primary Series
- Hands-on adjustments for Half Intermediate
- Philosophy you can actually apply on Monday morning
- Breath-led focus with pranayama progressions
- Expect smart progressions, safety first, and plenty of time to refine cues so your teaching yoga becomes clearer, kinder, and more effective.
Austin to Close the Year
After London, I’ll head home for an Austin Weekend Workshop, the final yoga event of the year. We’ll consolidate what we’ve built: sharpen alignment, streamline transitions, and organize your yoga exercises into repeatable sequences you can sustain through the holiday rush.
Book News
The new book is nearly ready to meet the world. If you’d like early details, bonuses, and launch dates, sign up HERE to stay informed. I can’t wait to share the stories, tools, and practice maps that have shaped my teaching yoga and daily yoga exercises over the decades. Early readers will also receive behind-the-scenes photos, playlist notes, and printable checklists for accountability support.
Thanks for being part of this journey. Whether we meet in London, Austin, or somewhere down the road, may your yoga practice stay steady and your curiosity bright.
