Summer Is Sailing by

We are in our final week of Mysore On Maui, M.O.M. It has been another fantastic experience for both the yoga students and Shelley and me!

Yoga teaching in this iconic building that holds so much history of Ashtanga yoga is an honor and a joy. Students from around the world and across the island leave yoga class each day with a smile on their faces and a spring in their step. I believe that positive energy will carry with them outside the yoga practice and back into their lives. After the MOM event concludes, we will spend a little more time on Maui working on our property, then in October, we will both hit the road. Shelley is staging a beautiful Twyla Tharp ballet in Seattle for the Pacific Northwest Ballet, and I will be traveling to Paris, Hong Kong and Bangkok for some exciting Ashtanga yoga events.
